While general computer services is no the primary focus of our business, we do get asked on a regular basis to perform routine maintenance and restoration on desktop and laptop systems, both business and personal. When we do this as part of our on-site consultation services, this is billed at an hourly rate as above. However, we can also pick up your system at your location, service it offsite, and bring it back to you.

We will pickup your computer in Somerset on a Tuesday or Wednesday, and we can usually have it serviced and back to you by the following week. (If you need a faster turnaround, consider an on-site service instead.) The following chart gives our base cost for off-site service on a typical modern PC or Laptop with no major hardware problems. These costs assume that you take responsibility for take down and setup of the system at your location.
